I had a drain line issue and the service I received from the first call to their office to the completion of the work could not have been better. Mike G with Plumbing Medic is very knowledgable, courteous and capable. They swiftly handled my issue, explained cost up front and beat (by at least 50%) the price I've had to pay in the past to other service providers for the same thing. Mike also brought Frank, an associate, in to run a camera through the line and show us where the issue was. This was included with the service and was very informative. Frank and Mike even took extra time to explain options to avoid the issue again in the future. Both technicians are superb and complimented the look of our home which we take great pride in.
