"2012-02-11T00:00:00"^^ . . "I am having a bad experience ordering a bride's maid dress for my friend's wedding. I call in the store a couple of weeks ago with my measurements. They asked for gave them my credit card number and was only told I would get an invoice via email than promptly hung up on. I spent 10 minutes on hold was transferred two time only to be hung up on after 2 minute conversation. I was upset after the call realizing I was given no information about the dress. They didn't tell me the size, price, if I was being charged the full or partial amount currently or when to expect the order to be in but never mind I'd just look at the invoice. I get an email 4 hours later indicating I should fill it out with my credit card number (again) and a signature and fax it to them within 24 hours. Firstly, I was not advised of this over the phone which considering they wanted it back in 24 hours should have informed me and secondly am in no way comfortable sending my signature and credit card information this way and am surprised they would expect clients to do this. It is just setting yourself up for fraud who knows where the information would end up, what if someone faxed it to the wrong number. I question the fact that they ask for it over the phone and then again on paper. Honestly a store that is quite well known in Toronto bridal world and this is service they provide and how orders are processed. If I had been told anything about this process over the phone I would have just gone into the store at least than I wouldn't be worried about fraud."^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . . "1"^^ . "0"^^ .
