We waited an hour in the lobby and then 30 min in the actual medical room. \nThe woman comes in (Tennille Allen, FNP) says , \"Whats wrong with you.\" (Doesnt even look at the chart) My grandma says \"My toe nail.\" The woman looks at it and says, \"Oh do your other toe nails look like that?\" (she says this as shes looking at my granmas opened toe sandals and all her other toenails are perfectly fine and not curved in.) Then I say \"No , she has a bad ingrown toe nail.\" She pulls out a plastic tub gives it to my grandma and tells her to soak her foot and take ibuprofen and antibiotics. I told her, \"My grandma has already taken ibuprofen for 2 weeks and soaked her foot for a week.\" and she replied that she MIGHT have and infection and that if and when the infection is fixed so will the toenail....and to follow up with a foot doctor in a week with an extreme attitude. My grandma was in such pain when we left she was crying because she didnt get any help. My grandparents are old and no one will hire them and have 200 bucks to their name after this $130 dollar visit. This pisses me off. Now what I am about to tell you is 100% fact. My grandma was seen for 3 minutes.......let that sink in...no im not kidding 3 minutes....the entire conversation I wrote above was all of it. Also the doctor was wearing sweat pants and looked like she just got out of bed and had no medical coat on.\nMy grandma went to another doctor after borrowing money from her son and her toe WASNT infected and she didnt need antibiotics. The doctor said the portion needed to be removed immediately and that if she would have waited a week it would have been the whole toe nail."^^ . . "2012-12-22T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
