They are stuffed with delicious fillings, kind of like a burrito.  I enjoy the vegitarian ones and the rest of my family loves the chicken fillings, especially chicken mole and chicken chipole.  A little pricey, but well worth it!  We already went through 3 and 1/2 dozen and I have to go back for more. The sevice is wonderful too.  They sell this little jar of hot chilis and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame) in a mildly hot oil.  It's great on the tamales.
