"1"^^ . . "5"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . . . "HORRIBLE customer service. Scheduled an appointment waiting 2 weeks for something that worked with my schedule. Someone from the studio texted me a couple days before my appointment asking if I could come in earlier. I was able to come in earlier so there was no problem there. The problem came when I showed up at my rescheduled appointment to a locked door with no lights on. I texted the number that wanted to reschedule since I didn't have Jannys number to tell them I was there but the doors were locked. They then respond with \"Who is this\". I explained I was a customer who had an appointment that was waiting outside locked doors. They responded with \"Janny went home sick at lunch and won't be there\". I was completely turned off by their lack of customer service and terrible \"receptionist\". It was never communicated to me that my appointment would be cancelled after I drove 50 minutes to get there. Whoever I was texting (was not Janny) was very immature and NOT trained to handle customer service at all. They didn't come up with any solution to the problem that was THIER fault. Completely unprofessional and was turned off by their inability to have any care towards their customers. I understand Janny was sick and don't fault her, but I would think a business would have communicated to customers that had scheduled appointments that no one would be there when they showed up.
