The sales associate, Carl, told me that it was normally more but they guaranteed me $27.99 a month. The supposed manager got on the line and said the same thing. I confirmed this at least 3 times and clearly made them understand that I have NO LAN LINE. The tech shows up, completes the installation and hands me the contract on his table. The monthly dues were DOUBLE what they quoted me!!! \n\nI for a certainty am canceling within the three business days and will go with a competitor who doesn't hire unethical lying dirtbags for sales associates. \n\nDON\"T USE THESE PEOPLE."^^ . .
