Staff are chic, professional and nice. When it gets busy, it's hard to focus on everyone at once but they did a good job. \n\nClientele -hmmm...think of the Brant House. All those guys? They live at The Thompson now. I did see someone wear a celestial black, sheer onesie at about 6 p.m. It's interesting people watching for sure but for the most part, clientele are sophisticated and in the know. I didn't hear it but I'm sure there are guys here that may say \"This is how I roll.\" I just wanted to write that. \n\nFor the summer for guests and residents, they're hosting a Sundown Sunday. Nothing for free but they have a DJ who plays lounge music from 5 p.m. til the sun goes down. And honestly, on a hot, sunny day the view can't be beat. It's hard not to want to stay up there all the time! \n\nThere is a pool but in March, it wasn't open. Sniff. I'm sure it's quite the scene when the pool is open! \n\nTHE GOODS\nI had a mojito. Light and refreshing. Could have been a *bit stronger and yes, it's pricey at $15 but you are paying for the view too. \n\nOBLIGATORY CATCHY REMARK \nOne roof you want to hang out at. The Hyatt and The Thompson need to have a \"roof off.\""^^ . "4"^^ .
