I am a size 10 and have been forever. I found the dress and ordered it in the color I needed. When I received my dress it says a size 10 but doesn't fit or zip shut. I called and they said I probably wasn't zipping it correctly. Then they transferred me to the alterations department to schedule an appointment to have someone \"help me zip it\". I am not incompetent enough to no be able to zip a dress. Now I have to purchase another dress, because they don't accept exchanges.
