"I have wanted to purchase a violin for some time now and I was so excited to get one until I called this placed where they slap you in the face. \n\nWith little to no education about musical instruments especially the cost of what a violin or the type of brands that are out there. I even googled and found some for decent prices but being this would be my first purchase what do I know? Nothing, I was interested to coming to Stradivari House to purchase my first or at least be educated about what I wanted to get. \nFirst I checked their website this had little or poor information. I then called to ask if they had any used violin for sale. I am naive about what to ask or say, I expect the person to be helpful and willing to help me. \n\nThis happened - He asked what my price range? I said, something under 50 being this is my first instrument and I would like to learn with something basic. His response - \"Laughed at my face, I mean laughed\". I worked in the Tech industry for 23 years now, I have provided support for people with little to no knowledge and I was always happy to help. This person laughs at you and makes you feel like dirt.\n\nWould I suggest this place for others? No, Talk about discouragement and a way to knock someone willingness to learn something and kick it in the face. \n\nBut I won't let people like him to stop me from learning, I'll just go somewhere else."^^ .
