He said Medicare would cover it, so I made the appt. I went so far as to fill out their new patient form online, a week ahead of time.\n\nWhen I got there, they said they did not have my form. I happened to have made a copy, and gave them another copy. They said that was the old style and no longer used. I had to fill out another form. At this point I can see that they are disorganized. As it turned out my insurance would not accept them. And to think I filled out their form way ahead of time, they could have checked on it.
