I really enjoyed it, except for the fear that I was going to skewer my throat. The cotton candy does a good job of masking where the tip of the skewer is\n\n- Olives: No one really liked them. The stuffed olives were ok. The mini-balloon popping olive in a spoon were not\n\n- Beef Tartare: Pretty damn good. Nice spice. Many flavors. The beef was more steak-like, which enhanced the texture\n\n- Veal Chop: Solid. Lots of fat, which I like. It seemed more like a sous-vide prepared chop that was finished over the grill\n\n- Sides: Buttery potato puree: One bite was enough. Two bites and my mouth was coated in butter. Brussels sprouts: I didn't like the combo with the grapes. I prefer my sprouts savory. The garlic mushrooms were amazing.\n\n- Service: Solid, no complaints\n\n- The menu: It's a weapon!\n\n- The space: Nicely spaced. Not too loud. I liked it"^^ . .
