"I spent almost an hour with a sales person choosing between a \"custom made in america\" dining room table and China cabinet and another manufactured brand. The table was very nice although a bit un-sturdy, which I was told was due to the bolts not be tightened so they could put the leaflet in. It was dark in the room so I was not able to check every inch of the table, and the salesperson said they do a thorough check for damage. I ordered the \"custom\" table and had it delivered. When it arrived the movers pointed out the broken glass, non working lights, and broken chairs. Also the bolts to the table that tightened them were stripped, and the table still wobbled. After turning the chair over the custom made furniture had one tag on one chair that clearly showed it was Ashley furniture. They sold used Ahsley furniture as custom and priced it higher than a new set. \n\nI'm working through the refund process now but as I said to the salesperson Cheryl I was lied to, delivered broken furniture, and misled the entire sales process. I will give them the benefit of the doubt when they said the system said it was made in America custom furniture, and update my review should we straighten this out and they correct the situation."^^ . .
