"2013-02-19T00:00:00"^^ . "Came for a late lunch/early dinner date with the husband. I had high expectations from all of the rave reviews. Ordered the Kiltlifter Fondue which comes with Asian pear, bread, and a wee bit of spicy sausage. It was good, but I kinda wanted a really cheesy fondue, and this one is more of a cheesy liquid sauce. Overall, pretty good but not rave-worthy. \n\nWe ordered the Lamb Burger and the Truffle Grilled Cheese. The lamb burger was... ok. It wasn't anything special or delectable. I've definitely had better lamb burger/sandwiches other places. The components were all there and decent, especially the bread, but the meat was just lacking. And the Kennebec fries? They were aight. Not crack as some other Yelpers have claimed. \n\nThe Grilled cheese was uber cheesy - probably the best thing we ordered. The mashed potatoes were an interesting addition and tasty... but I hate when my sandwich fillings spill out when you take a bite. It was really a great, tasty sandwich, but could have used a side of tomato soup to add a zing to it. The side salad was a great mix of cranberries, cashews, goat cheese, tomatoes and balsamic dressing. \n\nOur waitress was wonderful and did a great job of keeping our glasses filled, BUT it took a loooooooong time to get our food, and we were one of 4 SMALL parties dining at that time. And I didn't feel that our orders were complicated. I dunno, but it was a really really long wait. And on a somewhat random side note, the bathrooms, while clean, smelled absolutely horrid. Like hold-your-breath-hurry-up-and-get-outta-here horrid.\n\nNow.... would I come back? Yes, to try the pastrami and scallops that are so raved about, but I'm in no rush to do so. And I will also plan on using the loo elsewhere beforehand."^^ . . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . . . "3"^^ . "2"^^ .
