E-mails were often not answered until the following day or ignored altogether. I asked them about performing a specific service and I was never given a quote or asked to set up a date to perform that. When they arrived to service my pool, certain tasks were done without asking my permission first. In the quote they provided me, they failed to notify me up front about additional costs. I had to really go out of my way to ask about how payments were structured and charged. \n\nI think Luke is a very nice man. I don't think any of the above was done out of malice or ill intent. I just think they are very laid back and disorganized for my preference. For many people, this approach works for them. I think he does care about his clients. I think they do a good job of maintaining your pool and equipment. However, they were a little too laid back for my preference but I still think they are a very good company."^^ . . "0"^^ . . .
