Being a cosmetologist myself I wasn't impressed with the level of cleanliness but I wore my own spa sandals. However I tried to float there and had THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I arrive to my float appointment and I had to purchase ear plugs (thank goodness I brought money) which is fine but could have been mentioned when making the appointment. Also the girl clearly had no idea about floating and since it was my first time it was frustrating to not be given any guidance. The tank was literally the first model that came out, the water was freezing. I actually had to get out and walk around to find the girl at the front desk to explain my disappointment. ANOTHER customer had to go retrieve her as she could see the embarrassment of walking around searching for help in a robe. The girl basically was like too bad for you. Waste of money!!! I did email them and Groupon after the experience and I only received a reply from Groupon. I actually work at a float spa now in the area and we go into great detail to explain this treatment in detail due to the fact most people haven't tried it. Most people have shared similar stories of floating with me. Be wary of this B.S excuse of a \"wellness center\". They are more concerned peddling their products and Doctor's merch. Does your doctor do that? Didn't think so!"^^ . "4"^^ .
