In fact it was pretty commercialized so if you're on the lookout for a traditional quebecer culinary experience, this may not be the best place.\n\nBut I loved it: Never thought I'd be able to hop onto a rollercoaster in March!! This place isn't only a sugar shack, but it's a small attraction park that has about 30 activities and everything cost 2$ or 4$ (check their website for more detail).\n\nAnyway, the food was decent, I guess, nothing exciting except for the deep fried pancakes and sugar pie with ice cream *_*\n\nThe pancake was the highlight of the day: deep fried golden brown dough that's light and crispy. Add maple syrup and it's by far the best dessert I've had in my life. Never had deep fried pancakes.\n\nDespite having a huge dining room, there was a line up shortly after the opening. Our server, Guillaume, was quick and efficient. \n\nI can see how kids will love this place. In my case, I needed a rollercoaster ride to cure my winter blues. The colder season has just been around for wayyyy too long."^^ . . . "3"^^ . "4"^^ .
