I don't even know where to start...\nMy husband and I got there and were excited after a friend had furnished his entire home and raved about this place. When we arrived we walked around for a bit and then were approached by a \"nice\" salesperson. She showed us around, and seemed to be getting frustrated as time went on, like we were taking up her time. We were looking for couches with a pullout bed, and I loved one set, but she assured me that one was not a sofa bed. I walked over to it and IT WAS. I said, actually it is... she said \"oh really?!\" We decided on those sofas, and walked over to pay. We asked her to upgrade the mattress to memory foam instead of the uncomfortable one it came with (our friend said he had done this with his sofas). She ran the transaction, and walked away while we were turning looking at another piece of furniture. When I turned back she was gone, and I realized all she cared about was her commission. A business is not only what they offer but how they make you feel.. she made me feel like I was wasting her time, and then like all she cared about was her paycheck. Weeks went by and we had not heard anything about our sofa delivery. I called the store and they transferred me to my salesperson, Winnie. She was rude on the phone and basically asked \"what?\" I'm guessing because I was taking her time and time is commission. I said we hadn't heard about our sofa delivery, she said \"I'll call you back\" without explaining. When she finally called back she said \"it's on back order it won't be delivered til after the 8th of January.\" Well, that would've been nice to know. \nThe 8th came and went and no sofas. \nI called her again to inquire and by that time she said \"oh yes we have them now, we can set up delivery.\" Umm was she not going to tell us? \nWhen the sofas were FINALLY going to be delivered I had to take the day off work because literally the day before delivery they give you a 2 and a half hour window. With my commute it made no sense to go to work since I had no idea when the delivery would arrive. \nThey arrived, the delivery guys were super nice, and when they pulled out the sofa bed, it WAS NOT the memory foam we upgraded to. Since Winnie was soooo caught up on making the sale she never included the upgrade. I called her, and again she was rude, and said \"I'll take care of it tomorrow. It will be an additional delivery fee.\" HELL NO I was not going to pay ANOTHER delivery fee. So I said \"I'm sorry Winnie I'm not going to pay another fee for something that was your mistake.\" Her response, \"fine, I guess I can waive it.\" Wow. Thanks. So here we go again... ANOTHER delivery date, ANOTHER day missing hours of work. I'm rushing home to be there for the delivery window and I get a call that the delivery guys are there like half an hour early... WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE DELIVERY WINDOW?! So the mattress gets here, aaaaand it's ripped. The delivery guys made some calls and said that I could get another one delivered. Yay. ANOTHER DAY OF MISSING WORK! So today was the delivery date... I'm rushing home to be here for my delivery window AND again they were early and LEFT before I was able to get Home. I was on hold for 30 minutes before customer service answered and told me they'll have to re-schedule the delivery. I've missed hours of work, and spend so much time having to call this store and their customer service that it's not even worth how affordable their furniture is. So here I am... still waiting for another week for something I should've received Weeks ago. The most annoying store I've EVER shopped at. And their customer service is horrible. Not worth it, seriously."^^ . "2018-01-27T00:00:00"^^ . . "1"^^ . "5"^^ . "1"^^ .
