"I should have read the hundreds of negative reviews about this place before I dropped my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee/Summit edition off for a minor oil leak. \n\nHad a read the 100's of negative reviews I would have known exactly what to expect. Shitty attitudes and zero service. \n\nThey took my car in at 09:45 but didn't touch it for the entire day. I called and asked them when they can get to it? They said they might get to it by the following afternoon. (Might!?) They said the \"intake\" time is the time you drop it off...the \"service\" time is when they actually get it in the \"shop\" and work on it. These two times have no direct correlation. \n\nThis is all fine...whatever....It is the attitude of the staff that really makes this place an awful place the visit. They seem angry to be there. \n\nI scheduled an \"intake\" and \"service\" time (that actually coincide) at Airpark Dodge in Scottsdale.
