I have never been disappointed so far. I save so much time bypassing the rental counter; this is huge for business travel. I love being able to pick my own car as my needs change depending on the reason for travel. Sometimes I need to drive for several hours and I would pick something more comfortable and fun to drive for long distances, other times I am picking up clients and driving them around and I would need something with more leg room. Most important of all is when I cash in my rewards for free rental; I get the same VIP treatment I get when I am paying for the rental. That is a very important to me, how companies treat you when you cash in your rewards. I have had an incredible experience with National when I took my family on vacation to San Francisco last year and I was amazed at how the staff at national went out of their way to accommodate our needs for two child seats, and a free upgrade to a full SUV.\nI strongly recommend this company to anyone who travels for business."^^ .
