"I don't think there is a single person out there that looks forward to going to the dealership to look at cars because of the usual sales people that bombard you and start swarming you like sharks in the water. I know I don't. I called ahead to ask some questions about release dates, etc. I was transferred to Fronzell who is the internet sales manager. I think it must have been my lucky day to have gotten him on the phone. He was not pushy, not annoying, not rude. He did not fit any of the stereotypes I had in my head of sales people at car dealerships. \n\nFronzell did not pressure me to come in. He offered me a lot of different options for moving forward on a new vehicle. I made an appointment to come see him that same day. He had pulled two cars that fit my needs to the front for me to look at and test drive. He took his time with me and never put the pressure on me to do anything I was not comfortable with. He offered his honest opinion and was a very humble, kind person. I did end up purchasing a vehicle that night and he was able to help me out. \n\nThe lack of 5 stars is because it still does the usual \"dealership\" rigamaroll. You have to hear the big speech about the extended warranty and maintenance packages (which I tuned down). Finance came in with a typical super low trade in value on my vehicle. Far below what KBB showed as value and what Carmax showed. I had to bring it up in negotiation. \n\nBecause of Fronzell, I am very happy with the customer service I received and I look forward to working with them in the future."^^ . "0"^^ . .
