They are rude, don't greet a client upon arrival, don't look at you in the eye before and after one's appointment cashing out and PAYING the salon.\n\nThey never ask \"how was everything, did you enjoy the haircut\" or \"oh you hair looks nice\" like EVERY good salon/customer service provides. They are completely absorbed in conversation with each other and not making the guest who approaches the desk welcome.\n\nThere is no where on the website to maker a complaint, contact a manager for this Toronto location or even head office.\n\nSave you money and go to Pecorella's where they're lovely around the corner on Cumberland. Sassoon's \"way\" of doing things (ie dry your own hair, they won't use a roller brush ever, take forever on apprentice cuts) is hokey and stubborn yet the staff is rude. A greeting and the goodbye which is the last impression this salon leaves with a client walking out the door leaves an anxious feeling and taste in my mouth and zero desire to return for any services."^^ . .
