"I have been coming to this location for all oil changes the past 3.5 years, and I will say they have made some major strides in improving their service since I first started coming to them. They are much more punctual and accurate in their time estimates. Their staff is friendly, efficient, reliable, and professional. For those who have never been, they even offer free refreshments and cookies, Wi-Fi access, desktop computers, a TV, and a large aquarium (great if you have kids).\n\nThey do charge top dollar for repairs, but at least you know they're going to be done right the first time around and this dealer will stay true to their word.\n\nMy experience yesterday evening:\nI called Tuesday, June 16, 2015 to schedule an oil change and diagnosis and they were able to fit me in the next day. I arrived at my scheduled time (5:30 PM), and even in the midst of rush hour chaos, I was greeted promptly and only waited 5 minutes in their office until seated with someone. The man (John was his name) informed me there was a recall on my front passenger airbag and scheduled me to come in next week while they ordered the parts. He took notes on the purpose of my visit, I signed the invoice, and we agreed he would call when all was finished (he estimated 1.5 hours), as I would not be waiting there. At 6:58 PM John called saying my car was finished. He courteously explained in detail the recommended repairs based on the diagnosis (what they were, why they were needed, the risks involved in not having them done, and their cost--all listed below).\n\n$280 Front ball joint boots tearing ($140 each side)\n$115 Back brakes replaced\n$76 Brake fluid changed\n\nI realized at this point I had forgotten to ask for a tire rotation, which I have done at every other oil change. He said since the wheels would need to come off for the repairs anyway, he could have them rotated at no additional charge. He provided two options for picking up my vehicle: he could call when the repairs were finished (around midnight, he estimated) and arrange a complimentary drop-off at my residence, or I could come pick it up in the morning when they reopened. One nice thing about Motorcars Honda service is that they're open nearly 24/7. Their sales department is only open until 8 PM most days (so you can't make service appointments after hours), but you have the option to have repairs done overnight so you have your car the next day (factor the cost of a rental car/taxi service into the repair price and their prices might not be as high as one would expect from a dealership).\n\nJohn called at 12:33 AM saying my car was finished. He said they found spare parts and were able to fix the recalled airbag, in addition to completing the other repairs + oil change + tire rotation. I gave my credit card information over the phone to pay, and within 20 minutes time received another call letting me know they had arrived at my residence. Both callers were very respectful and professional in their demeanor. The only complaint I have is that there was a bit of grease left on the steering wheel, but other than that, my expectations were met and even exceeded in some areas.\n\nAll in all a great experience. This location has come a long way in the past few years, and I would encourage newer customers to give them a chance and not be deterred by past reviews."^^ . . "0"^^ .
