I have not had a very good experience overall: \n\n1. They sent the light to me 3 weeks late despite promising me at the conference they will send it out first thing when they got back. (Rep's excuse was that the shipping manager did not see the 'note' that he wrote on the order).\n\n2. The entire set arrived with the magnetic attachment missing.... another1 week delay for them to ship it out to me.\n\n3. Within 2 weeks, the secondary attachment wire had connections problem, took another 1 week to get a replacement, bought one from radio shack to tie me over in meantime.\n\n4. New secondary attachment wire stopped working in a month, sent in for replacement request for two more (got tired of waiting around for, so asked for extra wires). Bought a whole bunch of new wires off the internet myself because was tired of asking and waiting for wires every so often. \n\n5. The fancy touch on/off battery stopped working after 4 months, luckily they had given me the conventional battery pack for free as a promotion at the conference. Same thing, sent it back, received another touch battery, that one was temperamental from the start and 2 months later stopped working altogether. \n\nI am going to try another company after this, it has just been too much hassle and the quality too poor. I am giving 2 stars because the customer service is good, always very polite and apologetic and swift in changing out stuff (they do have a 2 year warranty). But it stressful when you have to stop using it during your workday due to one problem or another. For that price, there are other better lights on the market."^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . .
