If I do not hear from the owner in the next day I will report them to Better Business Bureau. \n\nOn my wedding day the Hummer Limo arrived with no AC in the back. It was over 100 degrees and I was in a wedding gown. In fact the AC was blowing HOT air and the driver kept saying before we got into the limo, she was sorry it was warm because the AC wasn't doing it's job. By the time I got to the church I was completely overheated and ended up getting sick as a result. The driver was very apologetic, however it did not help. The Hummer should not have been sent in that condition. We told her we could not use that limo for the ride home and to replace it with the only other available vehicle, a bus. The bus came and was fine.\n\nThe real insult is that I noticed two charges to my account. One was for the balance I owed on the hummer limo originally ( that I should not have to pay for) and another for the balance owed for the bus (that I am responsible for). I contacted Silver Fox this morning and was told the owner was in a meeting and he was the only one who could handle the issue and promised he would call me back TODAY. I just called again at the end of the day and was kindly told he was busy all day and may not be able to get back to me. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and I expect my refund within the next 24 hours or else I will have to make much more noise then a simple yelp review."^^ . "1"^^ .
