A 200 room hotel with no maintenance on site offering to send up a plunger?!! \nIn the remaining time there, I kept checking on the refund for the first night. First time was told manager has to do it because I booked through hotels.com but they emailed him and he will get in touch. Second, that he made several attempts to contact me (not true, they had all of my contact info and room # and could easily find me if they wanted) and I need to email him myself. I emailed him twice with no response at all. Now, 2 months later, it turns out they can't process any refunds on bookings done through travel sites, so I will have to figure out the refund myself.
