"Bringing authentic Montreal-style bagels to Toronto.\n\nI have always passed by this location on my way to school and never had any interest to stop because of the awful signage. \nI learned an important lesson - Never judge a restaurant by it's signage. \n\nOver the weekend, I was lucky enough to try one of their sandwiches at the Canada's Baking and Sweets Show. I was very impressed with the variety of toppings they had to make it a sandwich. (Ham, Salmon, Bacon, Turkey, Cream Cheese and more).\n- Whatever you're craving, they can create.\n\nTheir bagels are made using simple ingredients - water, flour, sugar, eggs, and oil (No Shortening). They are hand-rolled and boiled in honey water to provide a crunchy sweet exterior and baked in a wood oven fuelled by maple. \n\nThey are not the big, thick traditional bagels everyone is used to so be prepared for a surprise."^^ .
