"0"^^ . . . "1"^^ . "What a hassle. Picked up car at airport. Within a couple hours of driving, the entire dashboard light panel lit up. Check with Dr. Google --- vehicle needs immediate service. So it is now late and the terminal staff are not answering and I literally was on hold with Hertz corporate for over an hour and half. To tell me that they would try and call the airport desk....more hold time. They couldn't guaratnee that they could provide a car to come pick up my dud until the morning. I called immediately in the morning and was told they would try and someone would call to arrange. After waiting 3 hours we needed to move to our next destination so I took the faulty car and hoped it would make it to my next stop. Just as we were arriving, I get a call that a tow truck is at the previous location with a new car. No communication from Hertz. Fortunately the truck driver drove an additional hour to find me and I got a new car. Little difficulty returning it to third location because I had no paperwork from the second car. Just avoid."^^ .
