Comfort food = pho!  We stumbled upon Pho Kim Long after a little drive and our party of 6 was seated immediately!  I know Vegas is a city that doesn't sleep, but even at 12:30 am and 5 minutes away from the strip, this place was still pretty busy!  After eating here, I understand why!  The pho quality is so good!  The soup is delicious and the service is excellent!  Yes!  And actual pho establishment with great service!  Their portions are the perfect size and it comes out fast!  My taste buds were pleasantly surprised.  This place is so good, I plan on visiting again the next time I'm in Vegas.
