"Good to have a butcher in town, \n\nBUT, not sure where they get their meats from ( a service company) as the owner said to me, if its purchased locally or from a large inbreeding supplier like big box stores get, \n\n just because they cut it up for you does not mean its of great quality, the real truth in the BEEF or Pork as they say is where it comes from.\n\nNot like a super quality butcher like out west where they know if its grass fed or other things like pig farmers that never let the pigs move around and sit in a small pen and eat their own waste. \n\nThis Means a awful lot when your buying a product from a butcher because you want quality before feeding your young children. \n\nThis is something the Butcher SHOULD KNOW and be able to tell their customers, if not then its like buying meat from big box stores.... just cut differently and charged more.\n\nUPDATE: I recently visited a couple other butchers that mention their meats come within local farmers and do NOT use a food SERVICE company.. .. those all so gave contact numbers to verify the quality and conditions, but yet K & K DOES NOT.. BIG NO NO like the slime meat deal.."^^ . . . .
