"I would give zero stars if possible. Sure, their reps are quick to acknowledge you but their service is extremely poor. Expect lies, deceit, and tricks you might expect from a used car salesperson. \n\nWent to this location a little over a year ago for a Livingroom suite, King size bed, and a few other items for our new house. We found the salesperson very difficult to deal with, rude, and condescending. We left and bought over $5000 worth of items from another location. \n\nUnfortunately, in the year plus since we bought from the other location we have experienced even worse service from there. And we have suddenly found ourselves needing a new washer and dryer. \n\nSo, refusing to return to the other location we thought we would try to give this original one another go. Big mistake. \n\nThe salesperson straight out lied to us telling us that the listed sales price ended today at closing. A look at the company website showed otherwise (ends December 3rd). Additionally she was not keen to pass on any useful detailed knowledge any greater than what could be clearly seen on the product description tags/consul. Finally, we enquired as to whether the product had experienced any recalls. She told us that it hadn't however it had. \n\nWe left and drove west on 16th to the Sears in the NW as they had some other options we wanted to check into. We sure were glad we did. We had to wait about 15 minutes before we were helped as they were busy but it was worth the wait. The service was far superior with the salesperson going so far as to explain the inner workings of the products which was heads and shoulders greater than what the Brick could offer. When asked about recalls the salesperson knew about it and was properly able to explain the situation. He provided reasonable options and when presented with the lower price at the Brick had no problems not only matching it but beating it by an additional 10% of the total purchase price. He even went so far as to do something to compensate for the cheaper delivery/removal package from the Brick. \n\nBottom line, don't go to the Brick. Not for a bed. Not for a premium leather couch set. Not for a coffee table or a freezer or even a washer or dryer. They suck. \n\nIf you are looking for an appliance at Sears do see Ryan. He was the exact opposite of the Brick. He didn't push anything on us and when he didn't know the answer to something he didn't bull shit his way, he admitted he didn't know and looked it up."^^ . .
