They ribeye and the skirt were by far my favorite. So buttery and rich. I'm not much of a filet fan because it lacks the fat and we all know fat=flavor. \n\nSides: Brussels, red pepper risotto, and potato pur\u00E9e. All of which were perfection. \n\nDessert: monkey bread, tropical vanilla cheesecake, trio of ice cream, and caramel chocolate mousse.
