I love their sales and larger selection of cruelty-free brands. \n\nI received an online order that had the wrong item sent instead of something else. A pain, but whatever. \n\nI took it to the Fairview Park store, where the manager to swap out the items. The manager acted like I was crazy and literally said, \"I've never heard of this happening before.\" She also let me know that they \"have no control over online orders.\" Extremely frustrating policy in 2018. As I began to explain that to her, she leaned on the counter and said, \"You should've called customer service\". I walked out.\n\nThese types of mistakes are bound to happen and it has happened to anyone who shops online. So first of all, it's ridiculous that you can't return in-store. I know for a fact that at Target and Sephora, it's nbd. \n\nWorst of all, was the treatment of the manager. If that's the type of management that they have, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
