My first encounter was a phone call because i had saw website and drove by property but the people in the leasing office were not nice at all and when I wanted to speak to the manager and found out that's who I was communicating with the entire time I was DONE! Think her name was Kat or Kathryn not sure. I come from a Customer Care/Hospitality background and family businesses since I was a small child So for me this was a turnoff and if she represents the face of this property; I'm glad I didn't give them my hard earned money.
