"2017-07-11T00:00:00"^^ . . "My father recently employed Action Painting Pros for many painting and handy man projects at his home. They stripped the garage floor and repainted with epoxy to achieve a high end decorative look. They were not allowed to drive into the garage for 3-4 days for the floor to cure/dry. After parking in the garage for 4-6 weeks the paint has come up where each tire touched the floor. The problem is he has called Action Painting 6 to 7 times over the past two months and could not even get a return call. This painting job was very expensive and he fully expected Action Painting Pros to stand behind their work as they said they would. \nFinal notice was given at 8:30AM on 6/21/17 to schedule a visit to assess the situation and come up with a plan of action. They were told if they did not receive a call back by noon that day we would have to resort to social media. A call back was received, however now three more weeks have passed with zero action. No one has come out or followed up. It is pretty sad service when you pay $1,500 to paint your garage floor and the paint is coming off after the first 60 days. They were very engaging prior to and during the work, however now that a problem has come up they are non-existent and invisible."^^ . . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
