He offered me a free cleaning, recommended cleaners in my area and offered a credit if I were to set up with Hux. I haven't been able to use the free cleaning yet so I can't update my review. They did not charge me for the cleaner who came the day after my cancellation. \n\nIf I could give NO stars I would. My cleaner cancelled 8 minutes before her appointment this morning and I am SCRAMBLING to find someone. Hux CS isn't even open this morning to schedule someone else.
