Their brisket was excellent... Perfection!  Their 1/4\" slices of brisket hold their form, and tear with minimal effort, just like any competition brisket.  Their sausage was also excellent... Spiced properly and good exterior crunch.\n\nI like their BBQ salad... that's a lie, I like everything there.  Totally worth a trip to a semi-industrial area.
