"Vet unprofessional-hygentist brushing her teeth in the hallway by the patients and talking with it in her mouth, my what would of been hygentist texted saying she slept in and was going to be late(the other workers said it out loud numerous times and didn't try to hide it), 2 patients were in the waiting room before the receptionist even logged in at exactly 7 when the office opened, at 7:18, 18 minutes after my appointment time, I aksed if the dentist was even here and then I went off on my list of complaints.
