Do you want to enjoy high tea with your friends at a place with a laidback atmosphere? Do you want to enjoy high tea with your friends at a place with a laidback atmosphere at a more reasonable price? If your answer is \"yes\" then, LaPostte is the place for you.\n\nI've enjoyed high tea in London, Hong Kong, Vancouver and other cities. For the longest time, Vegas has only had one tea lounge that I frequent which is on The Strip. Different locations, different vibes, same purpose: sip on a cup of hot tea, nibble on some finger sandwiches, scones and mini desserts.\n\nI like their concept. Very casual. They have a wall of cute stationeries, postcards and stickers: Totoro and other Miyazaki characters, sumo wrestlers, food, etc. They have books and games you could use while enjoying your hot or cold drink and/ or deserts. Aside from tea, they have other drink options: soda or coffee.\n\nAnother thing that makes this place different from other tea lounges I've been to: the lack of luxe cushiony seats. The hard wood seats are probably there so you don't overstay your welcome. LOL.\n\nMenu items we've tried: lychee black tea, jasmine flower tea, vanilla Mille Crepe Cake, and green Tea Mille Crepe Cake. \n\nLychee Black Tea:\nGood strong lychee flavor. 5/5\n\nJasmine Flower Tea:\nVery, very mild jasmine flavor. 3/5\n\nVanilla Mille Crepe Cake:\nSimple. Drizzled with strawberry syrup and served with strawberry ice cream. 4/5\n\nGreen Tea Mille Crepe Cake:\nGood ratio of matcha cream, red bean, and crepe. Served with green tea ice cream. I can do without the green tea ice cream, to be honest. 4/5\n\nThe mini spoons for the deserts are so cute!\n\nThis place is kind of hidden in an empty strip mall. Parking is very easy!"^^ . . "2"^^ .
