I was in desperate need of a cut and my regular salon was all booked. Out of my impatience, I was given the worst experience in the history of my hair cuts. \n\nDon't remember her name (go figure) but she didn't listen to a thing I said. I wanted a specific type of cut but she literally cut a straight line across my shoulders. WAY shorter than what I asked for and no style at all. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked her to fix a few things that she could and she didn't even do that. She said with my type of hair, it's impossible to have the cut I want. I have regular, wavy hair. It's not curly, it's not pin-straight.....it's one of the most COMMON types of hair! Yeah freakin' right. \n\nWhen I went to go pay, they didn't let me use my coupon for first timers at the Ulta Salon. I was supposed to get 30% off (I had the code on my phone) and the woman at the register said it was invalid. Didn't tell me why, and the manager wasn't on site. Weird!\n\nI called later to complain to the manager and she said I shouldve been able to use my coupon code and she would take a look at my hair to \"fix\" it. Told me to come in before they opened the next day. Well, I came, and knocked on the door....no answer. I was so fed up. \n\nNEVER again. \n\nThe only reason I go to Ulta is to buy products I can't find in drug stores or Sephora. And most of the time I order online anyway. They should seriously evaluate their employees on a regular basis to weed out the terrible ones. I'm sure their ratings wouldn't be as bad."^^ . .
