I went in for a quick service nothing more, simple oil change. But I totally forgot to shut my sunroof. So i can only assume one of the runners or mechanics had shut it. After receiving my car back and driving off, I reopened my sunroof and the side rubbers for the window fell off. I call Toyota and speak to Rebecca and she argues with me that no one has touched it!...now I know for a fact I left it open and when I get my car back it's closed, obviously someone has touched it. I don't mind it was closed I just need help on how to fix the issue. But the fact that she wasn't at all nice about it and argued about it right away..that's definitely bad customer service. She could've easily had asked me to come back to see what the issue was to assist in fixing the problem. As easy as that. But nope. She was rude and argued about it from the start. \n\nI then call back to speak to a manager. I left a message because he was not available. I NEVER GOT CALLED BACK. \n\nBut when they want to sell me a car, they seem to call non stop...after that forget about customer service! That goes out the window! Definitely two thumbs down for this dealership! I will not be back nor would I ever recommend this place...save yourself and go to another Toyota dealership!"^^ . "1"^^ . . .
