"Staff doesn't pay attention to you if you don't purchase anything. I asked for a venti ice water. Patiently waited 10 minutes. I had to purchase a water and still had to wait for my cup of ice. But staff is quick to serve you when you order something they make a profit on. Sadly, 20 minutes prior to ordering my water, the same staff quickly took my $20+ lunch order. Amazing how you get treated when it adds to their bottom line versus when it's a loss for them. One of the worst locations as far as customer service goes for Starbucks. This was on 6/25 around noon.\n\nI even stopped by later that evening to get a couple of prepared lunches (Thai Wraps), staff is very dull, unfriendly......... KILL JOY staff!
