I lived here for a year with multiple problems, washing machine overflowed and flooded my apartment, roommates pipes under her sink were leaky and caused another flood, and when we moved in their were multiple issues with broken or damaged parts. After moving out of the duck infested apartment complex, yes they let ducks swim in the pool and poop in it, i get notified that i will not be receiving any of my deposit back due to ph burns on the carpet and stains throughout. Yet, I had personally cleaned the carpets in the apartment for hours on end before moving out and there was not stains throughout. As a matter of fact, there was probably one stain if any. To be told that I will not be receiving any of my deposit back after having so many issues with the apartment to begin with is just absurd. DON'T MOVE IN HERE!
