Not only did the sales person help me but actually called on a another person more knowledgeable to answer a question he did not know. \n\nLast week I also came in with a problem on my camera that I just purchased and not only did the customer service person help me, she also drew in a geek squad member who sat down with me to solve my issue. \n\nOne time good customer service I thought I was lucky getting a great sales person but 3 times is good customer service training on the company's end. \n\nThank you Best Buy for over the years I gravitate to your store for my purchases.
