"I have NEVER EVER been treated so badly and disrespected so much in my life!!\nWhen this dealership first opened I was excited because it is near my home.\nI made an appointment to get my free oil change with the coupon the dealership sent out.\nAfter my oil had been changed, I was called to the service desk to get my keys.\nThe manager, alex informed me that I had an oil leak... alex said my truck had the a leak from the oil pan plug, he said the people that changed my oil \"before\" surprise honda did, must have stripped the plug. I asked him why they would change my oil KNOWING it had an oil leak and I park in my garage at home and never have I had an oil leak! \nI asked alex why I was not told I had an oil leak before they changed my oil. alex just shrugged his shoulders, mind you, there were 5 young gentlemen that worked there standing there waiting to go home, I was there last appointment. \nalex said they did not have the equipment to fix the plug.\nThroughout this whole conversation I felt intimidated and very angry. A couple of times alex just laughed at me Im guessing because I was in disbelief that this happened to my truck here at surprise honda. Could I prove it, no. And of course, I would never expect surprise honda to admit to any wrong doing. \nI waited a long while to call the big manager and he blatantly told me that I could not prove this happened at surprise honda, which he was right. I could not prove it because I was not in their garage when it happened! \nI am now having to have the oil pan replaced because the plug was stripped so bad.\n Point blank:\n surprise honda's FREE OIL CHANGE turned into a 450.00 repair not to mention the horrible way I was disrespected. \nBEWARE PEOPLE THIS HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE for me"^^ .
