They have definitely worked out kinks and weeded out bad staff. My husband and I had a terrific experience tonight. Our server, Tyler F, was top notch! He suggested his favorites and did not steer us wrong. Perfectly attentive and our glasses were full, table clean, great personality. We had San Tan Epicenter (5 stars), San Tan Barbera Saison (4.5 stars), and Mr Pineapple (4 stars for a summer beer). We started with the Buttermilk onion rings. They were cooked perfectly. Waaay too many! B had the Southwest Fried Chicken dinner. The poblano mashed potatoes were so flavorful and so rustic. Best I've had in a restaurant for a long time. Mexi street corn is good, but a little too \"mayoish\" with the sauce. The chicken was fried perfectly crispy and so moist and flavorful. Perfect texture. I had the Horseradish & Onion burger. It has aged white cheddar, crispy onions, horsey sauce. Perfectly balanced in flavor and the meat quality and temp is outstanding. Bun perfectly toasted.
