He was honest when he said motor is bad but fan is good. I'll take out the fan we can just replace the housing which when we asked what if we just bought whole new one he told use we're saving $250 and nothing wrong with fan. Between trying to get that out, moving around crawl space and not to mention it's 96 degrees outside. He spent almost 8 hours at my house. Plus when he was done he went checked everything else making sure we wouldn't run into this problem again. Guy before him said it would be $1,041 Devon came in way less! I'm firm believer that quality work comes from being honest Devon and guy before him Juan jr. you really shown that in your work \n\nThank you for awesome job guys my fur babies are very happy"^^ . .
