It's extremely unfortunate that I have to write this review because I have had an awesome experience with Dr.Brown. Dr.Brown has helped me a few times and I couldn't be happier with her personally. I told her I was having chest pain and she had me do an ekg to figure out what was going on. The ekg came back showing that I had a RBBB. She said it was nothing to worry about and if my heart continues to cause me pain to follow up with a cardiologist. The pain would come and go randomly so I thought nothing of it. I came back a few months later to get some antibiotics for a bacterial infection and I saw Deborah NP who asked about my heart so I told her my heart was still hurting off and on randomly. She ends up freaking me out telling me \"you could drop dead in front of your children\" and that \"you're 31 now you need to take care of yourself\". Her bedside manner was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. So I ended up leaving that appointment pretty shaken up. I called the office back and spoke with  HAYDEN who is the office manager who by the way is always rude to me when I go in there. I asked her (slightly frustrated) if I could have Dr. Brown call me and tell me if this was something to be more worried about based off the fact that I had the same ekg and two of their doctors gave me completely different answers. She said I needed to come in. I have had Dr. Gerace call me back before so I was confused on why they would need to see me again. I'm assuming to bill my insurance. During the phone call with HAYDEN she told me \"to not talk over her\" and that \"she has other phone calls that should could be taking\". This was with a raised voice and extremely rude. I cannot believe the  unprofessionalism of this woman. I'm surprised she still has a job there. I told the staff about my incident with her and they all laughed and it seems to me that she does this a lot. I was just trying to get some answer about my heart and to be treated so poorly is really unfortunate. I looked past all of the horrible Google reviews on this place but it's sad that they are all true."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
