"Very disappointing service, slow, not responsive after calling and sending several emails...few days goes by and I get a call back.\n( not going to mention service writer name )\n\nMy car was in the shop for over a week for very minor small repairs.\n\nWhen asked about installing a couple of missing screws their response oh No...this whole thing has to be replaced for a $500 plus plus..\n\nI bought two screws from Lowes and installed my self ...problem fixed no problem.\n\nI am an Infiniti owner since 2004 I receive excellent service every time I visit Infiniti, I get a FREE LOANER and a courteous staff that is responsive.\n\nFor my 3rd vehicle the Acura I just purchased: \n\n1- it will be the last one I buy because of my experience at Hendricks Acura.\n2- My son wanted to an Acura few days ago and I told not to based on my experience at Hendricks Acura.\n\nNot only you lost my business at the service department\nAlso went back to Infiniti and we purchased a 4th vehicle which makes 3 Infiniti's and Acura.. in the house hold.\n\nAlso I must add Acura ride and quality is not there.\nBuy into another brand such as Infiniti Mercedes or BMW.\n\nGood luck Hendrick Acura.."^^ .
