I opened a Yelp account just to complain about fix a phone. Went a few months ago with my wife's phone to get the power cord Jack repaired . Was told it was fine and sold me a new charger as a remedy. Charger was $5 above retail, but bought it anyway to save time. Had to go to another repair place the next week to get it fixed.
Took my other phone there last week with a broken screen. Went back to give another chance for a small business and it is also convenient to my house. They repaired the phone just fine but took twice as long as they said they would. Phone worked great for a couple of days until the screen fell out and broke. Took it back at the end of the week and they declined to repair it because I did not bring it back in due time. Refused to stand behind their work and quoted a higher price to fix it again. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY SUCK. Don't go here!
