Worst experience, not only was my appointment rescheduled TWICE, but when I arrived, 15 min before my appointment, nobody was there, 2 min before appointment time, the girl working there finally arrived to unlock the door, was not friendly at all, made me feel really uncomfortable right from the start. She finally brought me back to my room, was very short and to the point, didn't explain anything to me in detail and it was my first time, I was left feeling SUPER uncomfortable and was not told what to expect during or after the procedure. Also, being a healthcare professional myself, I can tell you the room I was in was super unsanitary, the trash was also overflowing with tubes from previous patients even though I was the first appointment of the day? Feel like I wasted my time and money, will not be returning.
